In consideration of being allowed to participate in our gymnastics training, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless FitYouth, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to any injury, accident, or harm that may occur during or as a result of your participation in our gymnastics training program.

You understand and accept that you are solely responsible for your own health, well-being, and physical condition. It is your responsibility to inform our instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely in the gymnastics training.

You further understand and agree that FitYouth and its representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur on the premises during the training sessions.

By participating in our gymnastics training, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this liability waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Gymnastics and sports activities classes:

1. Eligibility: Our gymnastics training programs are open to individuals of all ages and skill levels. However, participants under the age of 18 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Payment and Registration: Payment for our services is required prior to participating in the gymnastics training program. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.
