Disclaimer for gymnastics classes for kids and booking online and making payment: 1. Assumption of Risk: The parent/guardian understands and acknowledges that gymnastics is an activity that involves risks of bodily injury or harm. By registering their child for gymnastics classes, the parent/guardian assumes all risks and hazards associated with the sport, including but not limited to, falls, collisions with other participants, equipment failure, and all other risks inherent to the sport. 2. Health and Safety: The parent/guardian acknowledges that their child is physically and mentally capable of participating in gymnastics classes and that they have no medical conditions that would prevent them from safely participating. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to inform the gymnastics center of any medical conditions that may affect their child's ability to participate. 3. Code of Conduct: The parent/guardian and their child agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the gymnastics center, including but not limited to, following the instructions of the coaches, treating all other participants and staff with respect, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. 4. Payment and Refunds: All fees and payments for gymnastics classes are due at the time of registration. Refunds will only be given in the event of a cancellation of the class by the gymnastics center. No refunds will be given for missed classes, except in the case of a medical emergency with proper documentation. 5. Online Booking: The parent/guardian agrees to provide accurate information when booking classes online and to keep their contact information up to date. The gymnastics center is not responsible for any errors or incorrect information provided by the parent/guardian during the online booking process. 6. Liability: The parent/guardian acknowledges that the gymnastics center, its coaches, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injuries or damages arising from their child's participation in gymnastics classes, except in cases of willful or gross negligence. By registering their child for gymnastics classes, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read and understood the above disclaimer and agree to its terms and conditions.
